2 page invoice template
Some invoices will not fit on one sheet: a wholesale order, a month of site visits or the parts list for a large job. This template carries the line items on to a second page and beyond, repeats the column headings at the top of each new page and places the totals, payment details and terms after the last line.

What this template includes
- Your business name, address and contact details
- Customer name and address
- Document number and issue date
- Line items with qty, price and amount
- Tax, discounts, amount paid and balance due
How the pages break
Add as many lines as the order needs, up to 500. The PDF starts a new page when the table reaches the bottom margin, repeats the headings, and numbers every page as Page 1 of 2 and so on, so a printed copy can be put back in order. The Word file repeats the heading row on each page too, and the Excel sheet keeps every line on one sheet with the totals worked out by formulas.
A blank version that runs to two pages
If you fill invoices in by hand, the blank PDF, Word and Excel downloads of this template have enough empty rows to continue on to a second page. For typed invoices, keep related items next to each other, and when a long list mixes labor and materials, a template with subtotal groups such as contractor or auto repair keeps it easier to check.
Questions
Do the totals appear on every page?
No. The line items continue across the pages, and the totals, amount paid and balance due appear once, after the last line on the final page.
Can I print it double-sided?
Yes. Print the PDF with your printer set to two-sided, or send it as a single file by email; the page numbers tell the reader how many pages to expect.
Is there a limit on the number of lines?
One invoice holds up to 500 lines. Beyond that, split the work into two invoices, or combine identical items into one line with a larger quantity.
