- What is free?
- One run of each of the 47 tools every day (for the tools that read documents, one page or image), with or without an account, and the always-free tools (EMI Calculator, Simple Interest Calculator) with no daily limit. Free trials are subject to fair-use limits and come back at midnight UTC.
- What do credits pay for?
- Runs after a tool's free trial for the day: 2 credits each, on any tool. For the AI and OCR tools that read documents, each page or image is one run.
- Who am I actually buying from?
- Paddle.com. Paddle is our Merchant of Record, which means it is the seller on the invoice, it charges any sales tax or VAT due where you live, and it handles refunds. Your card details are entered on Paddle and never reach us.
- Which currencies and payment methods work?
- Paddle localises the price, so you are charged in your own currency where it supports one, and the price you see already includes any tax due in your country. Available payment methods depend on where you are and are shown at checkout.
- Do I have to pay?
- No. Every tool has a free trial each day. A free account adds 2 bonus credits once and 2 free credits every day. Credit packs are for when that is not enough.
- Do credits expire?
- Purchased and bonus credits last 30 days, and buying again extends the expiry on your whole remaining balance. The 2 daily free credits and each tool's free trial are use-it-or-lose-it: they reset every day rather than stacking up.
- What if a tool fails?
- If a run fails with an error, the credits it used, or its free trial, are given back automatically. If that does not happen, email us and it is corrected.
- Is there a subscription?
- No. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Nothing auto-renews, so there is nothing to remember to cancel.
