Applications that read well to people and to screening software

A job application is usually two documents, a resume and a cover letter, and both are read twice: first by software that pulls out the text, then by a person who skims it. These tools build both in your browser with single-column layouts and real text, and download them as PDF, Word or plain text.

The job match check compares your resume with a job ad on your device. The AI actions, which tailor the resume, rewrite achievement lines or draft a letter, send only the job content of your resume and the job ad, and only when you press their buttons.

Which Job Seeker tool do you need?

You need a resume from scratch

Open the Resume & Cover Letter Builder, fill in each section, pick one of four templates and download it. The draft is saved in this browser as you type.

You already have a resume

Import it in the Import and save tab of the builder. A JSON backup or JSON Resume file is read exactly, and a PDF with text, a Word file or pasted text is read line by line for you to check.

You are applying for one particular job

Paste the job ad in the Job match tab to see which of its terms are missing, then let the AI suggest changes you accept one by one. Save a version for each job so every application keeps its own wording.

You only need a cover letter

Open the Cover Letter Generator. It shares the resume saved in this browser, drafts the letter from it and the job ad, and downloads the letter in the same template.

The application form wants plain text

Download the text file and paste it into the form. It keeps the headings and puts each achievement on a line of its own.

Questions about Job Seeker tools

Are these tools free?

Building, checking and downloading resumes and letters are free and add no watermark. The AI actions count as runs of the tool they are used in, with a free run each day and credits after that.

Do the job-ad scores mean I will get an interview?

No. The match counts how many of the job ad’s recurring terms appear in your resume, and the checks look at readability. Employers decide on far more than that, so treat them as a checklist, not a prediction.

Can I keep different versions for different jobs?

Yes. Save named versions in the Import and save tab of the builder. They are kept in this browser, and a JSON backup of any version lets you carry it to another device.
