Resize image to 20 KB
Twenty KB is the ceiling for many signature uploads, including the SSC and IBPS signature rules of 10 to 20 KB. At that size every byte counts, so the tool keeps your pixel size, lowers quality only as far as needed, and reduces the pixel size last.

Getting a photo under 20 KB and still sharp
Crop to what the form needs: a head-and-shoulders frame has far fewer pixels than a full phone photo. Plain backgrounds compress much better than busy ones, and black and white saves a little more where colour is not required.
Signatures at 20 KB
Sign in dark ink on white paper and use "Whiten the paper" so the background becomes pure white. Most signatures then fit easily; if a form also has a 10 KB minimum, pick its exam rule instead so both ends are checked.
Questions
Will a 20 KB photo be blurry?
Not if its pixel size suits the form. Blur appears when a large photo is squeezed to 20 KB by quality alone. Crop first, and the tool will only drop the pixel size if quality cannot get under the limit.
Does 20 KB mean 20,000 or 20,480 bytes?
It depends on the portal. The tool keeps the file at or below 20,000 bytes, which is under 20 KB under either definition.
Can I resize to between 10 and 20 KB?
Yes. Choose Custom size and set 10 as the minimum and 20 as the maximum, or use the SSC or IBPS signature rule, which already has that range.
